This website is owned and operated by One of One Studios Ltd (“One of One”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of one-of-one-ai.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you use it is the version that applies.
(02) Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, imagery, video, case studies and the “One of One” brand and visual identity, is owned by or licensed to One of One Studios Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, copy, sell, distribute or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Where the Site features client work, that work is published with the relevant rights holder’s permission and remains subject to their and our respective rights. Nothing on the Site transfers any rights in that work to you.
(03) Client Work & Likeness
One of One produces AI-generated content featuring the name, image and likeness of individuals. All such content shown on the Site is created under licence agreed with the relevant individual or their representation. The presence of any individual’s likeness on the Site does not imply that you have any right to use, reproduce or recreate that likeness.
(04) Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, that is fraudulent or harmful, or that interferes with the operation, security or availability of the Site. The Site and its content are provided for general information about One of One and our work. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the Site at any time without notice.
(05) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One of One Studios Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
